In the second half of 2010 Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born into an athlete's family. Her father took part in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. played sports like hockey. Aleesha has played many sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha earned her professional card by winning the NPC USA Championships 2014. She began to compete in 2008, but she started competing since the year 2008. In 2014 she also competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Aleesha got herself into her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2016 and 2015. Aleesha was steady improvement since she won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020, the bodybuilder had her most impressive WOS Rising Phoenix performance, as she was ranked fourth. However, the "World's strongest mother" decided to take a break from bodybuilding for health-related reason.
